The novel of the French classic, Vilnius Jew Romain Gary gives rise to many associations. These are dance of death, a feast during the plague, Dange circles of hell, these are Bosch, Bruegel and Goya, this is Gogol, Dostoevsky, Sologub and all the demonians of world culture.
Romain Gary began a novel at the age of 19, and at 25 he gave it to a woman, as they oath in eternal love, and never again so sarcastically, boldly, grotesquely. He never allowed himself cynicism and jokes blackened by the raven of the wing, did not torment the reader with such acute compassion for human
misfortunes, which was carried out only if we represent the world of the satanic carousel. I have never been such a blasphemer and a fan of scabies again. During his lifetime, he was not published – and it was from this novel that Gary raised the following books. In general, shocking the adventures of a drunken tulip in the next world-the phantasmagoria and the mustard of the season: horrified, admire and laugh in a full voice.
